  Overall, the experience at BonAmb was excellent. We were a group of 4 in our 20s that went for lunch and had the tasting menu (9 courses). The ambience of the restaurant was quiet and minimal. It has both indoor and outdoor seating, and we sat inside which was nice and cool in the heat of the day. The dishes brought to us were delicious; 8 were seafood and 1 meat, plus appetisers, palate cleansers and desserts. The main 9 dishes were fantastic, though at some points a little samey due to the white seafood / citrus based sauce combination that was common. But very delicious. You know a restaurant is good when you like flavours that you normally wouldn't. Service was generally attentive and timed well on the food front. Drinks were slightly slower and we did have an issue where when the food courses were finished we were left for a long time and struggled to find a server's attention for coffees and the bill. Despite this, it was an excellent experience that I highly recommend. It was great value for its quality and I'd happily go again.
