  I had to go there to get directions to my villa and pick up the keys and the lady was quite helpful but could have helped a little bit more

  Clean tidy and the staff are really friendly, beautiful swimming pool area, access by key only. Pet friendly too. Haven't eaten here so can't report on that. Lovely outdoor cafe/bar across the road in the trees.

  The hotel provided a large space for the meeting and set up chairs for the attendees. The washroom facilities were clean and well presented and the sangria purchased was delicious. There was not much interaction with staff (there was no need for there to be) but during the small interactions they were very polite.

  Walking distance of our villa made this a great lunch time choice. Nice staff good prices.
