  The beauty of going to Vicens Ash over other estate agents (and trust me there are many out there and we went to LOTS of them) is their knowledge and professionalism is by far superior to all of the other agents we encountered. Having been established as a family run business for over 20 years now they know their stuff and can also assist with all other aspects of buying in Spain, such as recommending the notary/lawyer, bank for a competitively priced mortgage etc. Even once you have purchased your home they can provide details of recommended builders, pool cleaners or anything else you may need!

  We purchased our villa in Javea, El Rafalet through Vicens Ash back in November 2015, so this review is a long time coming!! I have nothing but praise for the team at Vicens Ash. They were fantastic and were always available for any questions or queries we had. We had a few hairy moments sorting out the mortgage through the Spanish bank but throughout the nerve wracking wait Vicens Ash were patient and very helpful. I could not recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy their dream home in Spain.
